Further to my previous article introduced the key concepts behind the quality control process , today I'll like to talk in a little more detail about pre-production testing. • Early product testing is a vital component of your ability to deliver high-quality products on time to your client base.  • If you rely solely on final inspections rather than mixing them with early product testing, you will find this can often lead to high levels of time-consuming (and often costly) rework. • By using an early product inspection (pre-Production Inspection) you can determine what issues or problems there are in the manufacturing process and correct them before production is completed, saving time and money. Product inspection is generally carried out before the product ships to the purchaser. Problems can be corrected and pre-emotively prevented before they become bigger issues.
